Amit Bhatta is an accomplished entrepreneur, ideator, hustler, and mentor with a demonstrated experience of working in small to large scale enterprises. He is equipped with strong leadership and analytical skills in business development, sales & marketing, team management, customer relationship, operations, HR, and running P&L centers. After spending initial years of his career in the IT industry, Amit ventured into the areas of stock trading and sales. Following which he joined Chrysalis as an assistant sales manager and sprinted up the ladder from being the sales manager, to handling operations, to HR and managing the entire organization in a span of four years. His strengths of creating and standardizing processes, empowering his team, and making himself redundant in the process helped him achieve all this in such a short period. Post which he focused entirely on the strategic growth of Chrysalis. Amit's love for playing with numbers, exploring new areas, and his incessant desire to learn new things landed him in the world of Business Intelligence. Identifying KPIs, measuring them, and generating reports across all functionalities of an organization resulted in taking his strength with numbers to a new level. In 2018, Amit joined The Daftar with the vision of building a community of like-minded people by creating a WOW experience through collaborative space and network. With The Daftar, apart from managing an organization, he forayed into fundraising and strategic expansion. He is consistently on the lookout for the right people and organizations to partner with to take their ideas, venture, and organization to the next level of growth. Amit is currently the Founder of aeka coffee, where he aims to create and empower 5000 micro-entrepreneurs and facilitate employment for more than 50,000 individuals by establishing the biggest & most relatable consumer brand through integrating people, quality, technology & government initiatives. In his free time, Amit loves to cook, read, bike, drive, play multiple sports, travel, and explore new places. What thrills him is adrenaline-pumping activities like Scuba Diving and Paragliding. Amit holds a Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from GLIM, a Spring Semester in Business Management from ESSCA Ecole de Management, a PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Operations from IMDR Pune, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from KIIT University.
