Amit Gangrade is a seasoned Software Development Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the field. Currently working as an SDE-II at Tesco, Amit has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Prior to joining Tesco, Amit worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Act-On Software, Inc., where he was responsible for developing Act-On Anywhere™, an integration tool for marketing and sales users. He also worked on the development of Chrome Extension and Outlook Plugin, which allowed users to quickly access Act-On media library and get an immediate view of a contact’s full engagement timeline. Amit's expertise in seamless email integration into Gmail/Outlook client/Outlook365 helped sales users optimize interactions and generate instant notifications. Before Act-On Software, Amit worked as a Software Engineer at Fiorano Software, where he worked on JMS-compliant Messaging Middleware FioranoMQ. He developed message delivery count feature, worked on client-side APIs, and built a compatibility test suite using JUnit. Amit also worked on enhancements/bugs related to server event monitoring, message acknowledgement, high availability server, and concurrency-related issues. Amit holds a Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati.
