Amit Garg is a highly skilled Manager of Client Success with over 4 years of experience in the banking industry. Currently working with Visionet Systems, he has previously worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Business Banking Relationship Manager. At Kotak Mahindra Bank, he managed a portfolio of more than 190 customers with a total relationship value of 40 crore. He analyzed financial statements of customers to check creditworthiness and supervised the overall loan disbursal process. He also managed fund based and nonfund based finance product portfolio of the branch and handled customer requests for availing these facilities. Prior to this, he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation and Control from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar in 2015. He completed his 12th from Nalanda Academy in 2011, where he studied Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. During his summer internship at Daks India Industries Pvt Ltd, Amit analyzed the procurement process and gained insights about the price trend of cotton fabric. He worked on the inventory management system to better regulate the inventory levels in order to bring down the overall cost of inventory without disrupting the production process. He also worked on the billing and payment system to eliminate the inefficiencies in the system. He discovered the trend in fabric prices during the year and made the procurement process more efficient which will save around Rs. 3437520 per year in terms of overall procurement cost. He reduced invoice processing time by developing a custom vendor invoice process. Amit is a result-oriented professional with excellent communication and analytical skills.
