Amit Gawande is an experienced Co-Founder and CEO of CVViZ, an Artificial Intelligence powered, cloud-based recruitment automation solution. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pune, Amit has a strong background in data and information architecture. He is skilled in databases, information architecture, data mining, text mining, machine learning, product design, product development, digital marketing, content marketing, go-to-market, SEO, SEM, and process automation. Amit has a demonstrated history of working in the tech and financial services industry. He has worked as a VP at J.P. Morgan Asset Management India, where he designed and developed a code review utility and standardization process that enforced coding best practices. He also led a distributed Java-based ETL and Data Analyst teams and designed, developed, and led business tech projects end-to-end from India that involved various groups globally. Amit was also a key member of the global information flow design committee that involved teams from Glasgow, Geneva, USA, and India. Amit has also worked as an AVP (Associate) at J.P. Morgan, where he recruited and built an ETL team for Bangalore location and implemented solutions for data quality and data assurance. He built an award-winning solution for a common Data warehouse problem across J.P. Morgan in maintaining Type 1 and Type 2 data in the same table. Amit's key responsibility at CVViZ is to drive a data-driven culture in the organization. He enjoys working on marketing strategies such as identifying a buyer's persona, digital marketing, inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, Go-to-Market strategy, A/B Testing, and Blogging. Amit's data and information architecture background not only helps him in designing data science models but also helps him in unlocking SEO and content marketing mysteries.
