Amit Jain is an experienced AVP, CSPO, and Project Manager with a focus on Payments, AML/KYC. He is currently working at Citi as an Assistant Vice President. With almost 18 years of relevant experience, Amit has worked with some of the leading organizations in the industry. In his previous role at SLK, Amit was responsible for implementing an operational process for the bank's compliance division to support the Know Your Customer Lifecycle. He worked closely with various LOBs, Source Systems, and Backend applications to ensure that all existing customers of the bank were renewed as per their risk scores and in accordance with the bank’s AML/KYC Policies and Procedures. At Wipro, Amit worked as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant, where his key responsibilities included project and resource management, preparing CAPs, managing project efforts on a weekly and monthly basis, and providing status reports to senior management periodically. He was also responsible for end-to-end project delivery from contract to requirements through development till delivery. Amit holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar, and an Intermediate degree in Science from the Government Autonomous College, Rourkela. Amit's tech stack includes test and backend technologies, and he has a deep understanding of the Payments and AML/KYC domains. He is a certified CSPO and has experience in writing functional specifications, walkthroughs, and solution assessments. Amit is a result-oriented professional who ensures that all artifacts comply with corporate SDLC policies.
