Amit Jha is an experienced legal associate with a strong background in legal administration, criminal law, drafting agreements, legal contract review, and negotiable instruments. He currently works as an Advocate at Rajasthan High Court and has dealt with a wide range of legal issues, including criminal matters, civil matters, writ petitions, DRT, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, and Family Court. Amit graduated from the University of Technology Jaipur with a degree in Law and has over 2 years of relevant experience in the field. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Suresh Gyan Vihar University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English literature from Rajasthan University. Prior to his current role, Amit founded Amer Patrika and worked as an Area Sales Manager at J M Bajaj, where he oversaw day-to-day business operations, provided leadership at all levels of the organization, communicated and embodied the company vision and values, built up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new talent, defined and implemented policies and performance standards, evaluated employee performance, assessed departmental and company performance, and managed profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues.
