Amit Kaul is a technology leader with over 23 years of experience in product engineering exposure towards SaaS, collaboration, and smart endpoint devices. Currently, he is the India Country Manager & Vice President Engineering at Dialpad, a TrueCaaS company, where he has bootstrapped the India entity and is scaling the team towards 150 this year. He runs India operations and is an India Board Member, making Dialpad India a strategic accelerator for the future growth and success of the company. Amit is passionate about building culture, teams, and ideas. He has a strong customer-centric mindset and enjoys bootstrapping and scaling teams and ideas. He is a strong proponent of an inclusive and transparent culture and has leadership experience in driving India site operations with excellent stakeholder management with the global leadership team. Amit is also an angel investor and board member. He has been awarded Top 10 IIM Bangalore Leaders for 2021. In his past companies, Amit has managed India site operations with 350+ employees and managed product engineering for voice and video endpoints, impacting 60% company revenues. He has also managed engineering teams with Infosys and led the first Agile and Scrum transformation. Amit holds an MSc(Tech) in Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an Executive General Management degree from IIM. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer.
