Amit Khurdhara is a Senior Staff Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience in solving complex data and analytics challenges with modern technology solutions. He has a broad knowledge of enterprise data solutions in an ever-changing technology landscape. Amit is an easy communicator in both business and personal level. He practices continuous learning and never settles. Amit's key professional experiences include solutioning for digital transformation of retail grocery and food business, insurance, and healthcare businesses. He has also worked on solutioning for enterprise data landscape migration from on-premise data centers to public and private clouds. Amit has expertise in defining enterprise data management strategies, product selection, and roadmap. He has exposure to two of the most widely used cloud providers, AWS and Azure. Alongside having a hardcore and hands-on experience for maintaining the application deployment and lifecycle management for newer releases on a day-to-day basis, he also designs the infrastructure for better security for the system. Amit's area of specialization includes data engineering, applied data science, data management, Kafka data streaming, cloud, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure creation and maintenance with security systems in place. Currently, Amit is working as a Technical Lead at Harman where his major responsibilities are to establish and maintain the cloud infrastructure hosted on Azure Microsoft cloud. In the past, Amit has worked with Intuit as a Consultant Team Lead where his major responsibilities included the migration activity of CRMS Application along with a few smaller apps to AWS Cloud Platform (Public cloud). He has also worked with Tata as a Software Associate where he played a Team leader role to design and develop Java backend API's stack that provides a full-proof and secure environment to iOS and Android apps to communicate with in. Amit has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from RTU and completed his Sr. sec from Maa Vidhya Niketan Sr sec School. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Azure, AWS, infra, Data Scientist, Kafka, Search, SQL, Web, Java, test, Spring, Jenkins, iOS, Postgres, Mobile, Backend, and Android.
