Amit Kumar is a seasoned leader with over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, he is the CEO of Dragonfruit AI, an enterprise video AI platform that provides large corporations with a centralized view of their physical security video across all VMS. With AI-aided forensic investigation features and summarization technology, Dragonfruit AI increases the speed of investigations dramatically, making it a valuable tool for physical security. All video is safely archived for compliance, and the platform is delivered on a month-by-month basis in the cloud as SaaS. Before his role at Dragonfruit AI, Amit served as the President of IIT Delhi Alumni Association, North America, where he was responsible for organizing, evangelizing, and cheerleading. He also worked as the Product Lead for Growth, Engagement & Global Expansion at Nextdoor, where he was responsible for the broad member experience on the platform, including growth and engagement initiatives. During his tenure, he oversaw the product rollout across eight countries worldwide.
