Amit Nagar is a Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of relevant experience in Equities Investment Banking Domain. He is currently working with Citi India, where he is responsible for developing Python-based frameworks that facilitate over 500 external and internal reports from big data and KDB market sources. He developed the CAT lifecycle management module, which allows users to update submission details as per internal audit/external feedback. He has also contributed to the feedback processing module, which ingests regulatory feedback about submitted trading data from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for Citi analysts to incorporate and update submissions. Amit has experience working with various technologies such as Python, Flask, REST APIs, Spark, Impala, Hive, Bash, Docker, OpenShift, Oracle, and Spring. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
