Amit Parmar is an experienced finance professional with over 10 years of experience in sales, relationship management, product and operations design, and project management. He currently serves as the Senior Product Head at Vayana Network Services, a leading SME Supply Chain Financing Network. In this role, Amit is responsible for product solutioning and operations, working closely with leading banks and FIs to offer end-to-end electronic workflows for building scalable SME Trade Financing portfolios. Amit has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about building globally scalable SME Financing Networks. He brings a wealth of experience to his current role, having worked previously as Vice President-Corporate Banking and Associate Vice President, Factoring at HSBC. In these roles, he was responsible for applying effective Relationship Management for a portfolio of corporate customers, identifying and booking profitable new relationships, and driving new business through ensuring implementation of an effective customer contact strategy. Amit is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where he earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Finance, Economics, Strategy, and Operations. He also completed an Exchange Program at HEC Paris, where he studied Strategic Marketing, Economics, and Finance. Prior to his management studies, Amit earned a degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
