Amit Sagtani is a skilled Software Engineer with over 3 years of relevant experience. Currently, he is working as an Engineer at Wire, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software systems. Prior to this, Amit worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Red Hat, where he contributed to the performance and scale Engineering team. His work involved creating Prometheus data aggregation API and integrating it into Openshift workloads and other internal tools. He also refactored code and packaging tools named snafu and ripsaw to store benchmark results on elasticsearch and wrote CI job with Jenkins. Amit's technical expertise includes Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic Search, and Linux. He is proficient in using these technologies to develop and deploy software systems. Amit is also a GSoC'18 alumni at KDE, where he worked on improving the accessibility of KDE applications. Amit holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from the LNM Institute of Information Technology.
