Amit Singh is a highly skilled machine learning engineer with over 8 years of experience in creating data regression models, using predictive data modelling, and analysing data mining algorithms to deliver insights and implement action-oriented solutions to complex business problems. He is currently working as a Senior R&D Engineer (AI/ML) at Synopsys Inc, where he has designed and implemented the major components of the industry's first ML-driven Big Analytics system for design implementation. His work on DesignDash has accelerated decision-making by deriving insights from masses of EDA metrics and tool flow data. Amit is typically involved in the end-to-end ML cycle, including data gathering, analysis, cleaning, featurization, modelling, deployment, monitoring, and testing on real traffic. He also has hands-on experience in developing and maintaining highly scalable web applications. Amit completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with Honors from IIIT Allahabad and has a strong technical background in ML, AI, NLP, Python, AWS, web development, and more. He has worked as a Data Scientist (NLP) at Sentieo and as a Full Stack Engineer at Delhivery, where he developed various products and integrated them with different modules. Amit has a deep understanding of statistical modelling, PySpark, Pytorch, Big Data, and language models. He has developed a clustering-based anomaly detector in the clock tree synthesis data obtained from multiple runs and implemented some of the preprocessing and statistical modelling-based pipelines in PySpark (Scalable Spark cluster) to extract valuable insights from the data that can be used in a variety of applications.
