Amit Singh is a passionate software architect and engineer with over 17 years of experience in the industry. As the Manager of Product Support at Postman, he has successfully led and mentored teams to deliver high-quality products and features on time. He is a Vim aficionado and a command-line junkie who loves creating and developing software as well as maintaining existing products to keep customers happy and help the business grow. Amit is a programming language agnostic software developer and engineer who uses what best fits the task at hand. He can get up to speed with new technologies and tools pretty fast, a skill he acquired working at various awesome start-ups. This also gave him an opportunity to have exposure to a variety of programming languages and tools, and he has solid skills and experience in using them. Amit has a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and has also attended City Montessori School. He has worked at MobileIron as a Staff Technical Support Engineer and at Mocana Corporation as an Independent Contractor. Amit is a software engineer and senior software engineer with a keen interest in peeling the layers of tools and products he works with to get behind-the-scenes know-how and utilize that for making better products and processes.
