Amit Singla is a seasoned ETRM systems architect with over 8 years of experience in front, middle, and back office operations. He possesses extensive knowledge of commodity trading, portfolio management, risk management, and reporting. Amit has a deep understanding of the Aligne/Zainet product suite at functional, application, and database levels. He has also worked with satellite applications and interfaces such as EDX, Trayport, and EFET eCM. Amit has evolved into an excellent ETRM architect, and his expertise has been instrumental in the successful delivery of various projects, including Aligne Upgrade, Business Model Redesign, and EMIR Reporting. Currently, he serves as a Zainet/Aligne Specialist at edf luminus, where he leverages his vast experience to drive the company's ETRM systems operations. Before joining edf luminus, Amit worked as a Zainet/Aligne Architect at Eneco, where he provided functional and technical guidance to ongoing projects and changes. He also identified gaps and recommended improvements to the current setup of applications, processes, and interfaces. He also worked as a Zainet Analyst at NRG Energy, where he provided production support and administration for Zainet and CCRM (Credit System). He also developed interfaces and analyzed Zainet reports. Amit is a Bachelor of Technology graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He possesses a strong tech stack and has worked as a Senior Software Engineer for over 16 years.
