Amit Srivastava is a Principal Software Engineer at Amazon with 11.87 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He started his career in 2011 as a System Software Engineer (R&D) at Hewlett Packard where he contributed to the development of an extensive scale network component for AT&T. In 2013, Amit joined Amazon as a Software Development Engineering where he played a key role in the development of a large-scale authentication system for Amazon. He was responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end systems that support "Login with Amazon" and Mobile Authentication throughout the company. Amit has worked on various features such as Federated Authentication, Device Identification/Fingerprint, Big-Screen code base device authentication, Multi-Factor Authentication (Second Factor Authentication), Identity token (Cookies) management for whole Amazon (Desktop and Mobile App) and Token consolidation.
