Amit Tiwari is a seasoned Senior Leader in Talent Acquisition with over 15 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. He has been actively involved in leadership and global strategic hiring for the past 6 years, with a focus on APMEA, North America, and India. His expertise lies in hiring for both billable and non-billable roles, including Delivery Manager, AWS Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, AI/ML Application Subject Matter Expert, Presales/Sales, Solution Architect, and Cloud Native Architect. He ensures that more than 90% mandate positions are closed within agreed SLA with business and 100% completion of post-recruitment and induction process within agreed timelines. Amit has experience in leading a team of recruiters, driving the team to achieve the organization's goals. He facilitates on-boarding and induction processes for new joiners and takes care of vendor management activities like understanding the queries related to positions, patching calls with the technical panels, and hiring managers. He also performs vendor analysis and rate negotiations on billing rates of the contractor. Amit holds a PG Diploma in Management in HRD from The Institute Chartered Financial Analyst of India University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He also holds a Diploma in Software Management from Aptech June 2006 and completed his H.S.C in Commerce from Ismail Yusuf College.
