1. Consistently demonstrate expertise in the area of cloud technologies (AWS and Azure).
2. Understanding internal project scope, timelines, objectives and direction of overall project portfolio.
3. Implementation of best practices for the CloudOps department in collaboration with the AWS and Azure operations leaders. This includes KPIs, collecting metrics, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure that Cloud Services are monitored and tuned for strong server performance. Standardize and automate build and deployment processes and tools across systems.
4. Produce well-written technical project documentation.
5. Work with Product Team Solution Architects to conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and assist in Production implementations.
6. Participation in operational readiness activities.
7. Assess existing environments for opportunities to simplify, automate or bring efficiency to technical processes.
8. Identify system or performance issues, and develop resolutions.
9. Develop and maintain Cloud Disaster Recovery plans.
10. Implement and optimize monitoring tools, such as Nagios.

1. Working in a team of 10 people who are responsible for cloud and hosting infrastructure with SaaS or cloud operations for the entire Organisation. 
2. Creating of new servers and setting up of associated services as per requirement for a new customer or an existing customer. Also includes migration projects.
3. Troubleshooting of the issues in the configurations of AWS, which also sometimes involves in analyzing and understanding the problem of the end user.
4. Responding to all the incident tickets and monitoring alarms while maintaining the SLA to respond and resolve.
5. Working with different teams, so that the issues can be addressed quickly. Providing suggestions and advises from the AWS cloud prospective for better understanding.
6- Planning and performing maintenance of the existing customer facing environments, responding to the proactive alerts. Day to day maintenance like user rights, Windows patching, Infrastructure Upgrade like creation of new Instances disk expansion, decommissioning etc.
7. Using scripts and automation to simplify the tedious and repetitive jobs.
