Amith has worked with both startups and large corporations, including OneDirect, Cisco, CA, Olacabs, and Loctell Solutions, which he co-founded. He is an expert in vision and strategy, software development (systems, frontend, backend), social media, digital influence, eCommerce, people management, leadership, and training. At Loctell Solutions, Amith leveraged his expertise in the convergence of positioning-centric intelligence, wireless communications, and technologies with application software to offer a comprehensive range of solutions to customers. He has a strong background in coding, with over 25 years of experience in Java, Spring, Android, and React Native. Amith has held senior technology and management positions in his previous roles, including VP of Engineering and Director of Engineering at OneDirect in the customer experience management space. OneDirect's social CRM product is leveraged by over 75 large enterprises in India, including Indian Railways, Kotak Group, HDFC Bank, Dominos, Snapdeal, Pepperfry, Ola, Daikin, and more, to manage online customer experience. Amith has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
