Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Sixt, he is responsible for leading the engineering teams in building Sixt Ride. Amith is a strong engineering leader who excels at building and leading high-performance teams, motivating team members and providing technical leadership to build elegant technological solutions to complex business problems to deliver great business results. Amith's expertise lies in a wide range of technologies including PHP, Golang, Java, DynamoDB, Postgres, Elastic, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Microservices. He has previously worked as a Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at Sixt R&D. Amith holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from JSS Academy of Technical Education Karnataka.
