Amitha Rajendran is a versatile and detail-oriented Human Resources Professional with over 4 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Dashboards, Performance and People Management. She is currently working as an HR Manager at Square Panda, a startup that focuses on social impact and edtech. Her past experience includes working as a Sr HR Executive (MSO / crewing Specialist) at Alphard Maritime Group and as a Contract Management Associate at Ocwen Financial Solutions. Amitha is a WICA 2022 Diversity Champion who strongly believes in driving strategic and operational thinking, with a key focus on employee engagement, growth and development, work-life balance, policies, and retention. She is passionate about advocating for diversity and inclusion, building an awesome culture, and creating memorable work-place experiences.
