Currently serving as the Talent Management Leader at TMRW House of Brands, Amiya's passion for talent acquisition stems from his belief that one hire can change the DNA of an organization. Prior to his current role, Amiya served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at both IBO Wholesale and UpGrad. He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the International Management Institute - IMI. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Utkal University and a PhD in HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
