Amlendu Bajpai is a highly skilled and accomplished professional with a passion for blockchain technology and a strong background in industrial and systems engineering. Currently, he is the Co-Founder of avenoir, a salesforce solutions company founded by a team of IITians. Amlendu's team of certified salesforce developers specialize in salesforce services including consulting, customization, development, migration, and integration. Prior to founding avenoir, Amlendu worked as a Blockchain Developer at Cateina Technologies. During his time there, he built a blockchain-based document management system with the principal objective being digital signing and verification. He utilized client-side computational resources to maximize decentralization and scalability, ensuring authenticity and integrity. Amlendu also used Inter Planetary File System (IPFS), a distributed file system as the file storage layer and Stellar as the blockchain layer. He deployed several RESTful APIs using Node.js, for document management including encryption(AES, RSA) - decryption, signing - verification, uploading - retrieving from IPFS. Amlendu also worked as a Research Assistant at Durham University Business School where he developed an algorithm to optimize the process of waste food collection from 120+ restaurants for an anaerobic digester using google distance-matrix API and min-max ant colony optimization. He analyzed Orbis database (database of 42000+ companies in North-East England) and CIS database to contrast the innovation of the region with the rest of the UK, identify specializations and draw business model canvas. Amlendu was also responsible for data analysis of 9 UNESCO designations (UK) for a report marking their contribution for decision-making purposes. Amlendu holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, where he graduated in 2019. He also attended Delhi Public School, Bhilai, where he completed his secondary education.
