Amogh Joshi is a seasoned SAFe Coach with over 15 years of experience in delivering solutions that materialize customer's business strategies. He has worked in multicultural environments across different geographical locations like UAE, India, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Ireland. Currently, Amogh is working as a Lead SAFe Transformation Coach/Trainer - Europe Region at aleph global scrum team, where he works with management and team leaders to institute Agile mindset, frameworks, and modern competencies. He leads the evolution of new Agile frameworks and practices to achieve better business outcomes and satisfied customer needs. Amogh has worked on a range of projects, including product development for Machine Learning, Payment, and innovative digital solutions. He has also delivered digital and innovation initiatives using lean-agile methodologies in Insurance and Banking industries. Amogh has extensive experience in coaching traditional program and project teams to restructure the team as per scrum. He has trained product owners and business analysts to develop product backlog in the form of epics and stories using tools such as Jira and Confluence. He has also trained program teams on Scrum, Kanban, and various other facilitation and estimation techniques useful in agile implementations. Amogh holds a PhD in Information Technology from Amity University and a Master of Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha University. He completed his schooling from Apeejay School, where he studied Physical Sciences. Amogh is well-versed with technologies like ML, DevOps, Mobile, Infra, and Test. At aleph global scrum team, Amogh is involved in designing, training, and coaching four teams on modern discovery practices, which were a key strategy of the company transformation. He is also working with product owners to facilitate modern product development proficiency. Additionally, he is helping the manager design the mid and long-term transformation plan for the whole company transformation. Amogh is a Gold Partner with Scaled Agile, INC, Registered Education Partner with Scrum Alliance, Member Organization with ICAgile, and Scrum.org Professional Trainer Network Partner.
