Amol Bhongade is an IT professional with over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Currently, Amol works as a Lead IT Consultant at Allstate, where he resolves break/fix issues of Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server operating systems. He supports a large farm of Microsoft Windows servers (2008 and 2012) and VMware ESXi (5.x and 6.x) servers. He also co-ordinates with overseas teams, ECC calls, and vendor issue follow-ups. Amol is responsible for working with lines of business to develop valid actions to reduce impact and/or TTR. He also assists with the updating of SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and various other documents under Quality management, Problem Management, and document control. In the past, Amol has worked at John Deere as an IT Analyst II and at Geometric Ltd. as a System Administrator.
