Amol Kankane is a highly skilled Solution Architect with a passion for cloud, product, and emerging technologies. With over 4 years of relevant experience, he has helped customers across various domains including retail, finance, healthcare, insurance, and banking to optimize their systems and processes using state-of-the-art technologies. Amol's work involves automating processes and building scalable solutions that enable capabilities like MLOps, automation CoEs, and help achieve the desired business outcomes by staying engaged with the solution from discovery to delivery. Amol is also passionate about developing robots that are smarter and more efficient. He likes to use his skills in machine learning, computer science, and systems architecture to solve real-life problems. He believes that figuring out how intelligence works is fun, and implementing bits of it in machines is a good way towards that direction. Amol is a public speaker and loves to teach what he knows to as many people as he can. His mission is to improve lives with the skills he has and help humanity reach its maximum potential. Currently, Amol works as a Solution Architect II at EPAM Systems. Previously, he worked as a Solution Architect I at EPAM Systems and a Consultant at Capgemini. Amol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and a Professional Certificate Program in Architecture and Systems Engineering from MIT xPRO. He also attended JPVDav Public School. Amol's tech stack includes expertise in Senior Software Engineering and Machine Learning.
