Amol is an Associate Technical Architect at Flyte with over 7 years of relevant experience in software engineering. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in designing and building high-quality applications. Currently, Amol is responsible for team empowerment at Flyte, delegating owned services to other team members and empowering them to become leaders. He is also involved in integrating banking services provided by Synapse, enabling parents to create kids checking accounts, custom loved debit cards, and send stocks as gifts to other kids. Additionally, Amol is responsible for the full end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of seamless Crypto investments for Flyte's customers with Apex Crypto Clearing as their partner. Amol's expertise also includes monitoring and alerting, where he has implemented a full IaC based system-wide real-time log monitoring using DataDog powered by CloudWatch logs with dynamic creation of service dashboards in DataDog for each codeline. He also ensures that the respective owners of the feature are alerted in real-time via PagerDuty by defining log monitors. Amol is customer-obsessed and works closely with the support team to analyze customer pain points and designs solutions around them to improve user journey and experience. He focuses on customer analytics, thereby adding more transparency. In his past roles, Amol has been a Technical Lead at Flyte, where he defined the scope, created tasks, coded with the team on-ground, cleared blockers, and resolved development challenges for fast delivery. He also led team members, encouraged them to take decisions on their own with minimal dependencies, least round trips, and intervention. Amol also thoroughly peer-reviewed code contributions made by members and UAT testing as a whole before it hit production. Before joining Flyte, Amol was a Software Engineer at Quovantis, where he contributed to one of the most esteemed projects, Vatica Health, a platform to manage Health IDs and records, running in Hospitals in the United States, built on Angular and .NET Web API. He also followed Agile standards as SDLC process for Vatica Health. Amol holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University. He also completed his 12th from Greenway Modern School, Delhi, and his 10th from St. Lawrence Public School.
