Amol Sood is an Associate Technical Architect at Flyte with over 7 years of relevant experience. Amol's expertise in monitoring and alerting is evident in his implementation of a full IaC based system-wide real-time log monitoring using DataDog powered by CloudWatch logs with dynamic creation of service dashboards in DataDog for each codeline. He further alerts the respective owners of the feature in real-time via PagerDuty by defining log monitors. Amol is customer-obsessed and analyzes customer pain points with the support team to design solutions to improve user journey and experience. He focuses on customer analytics, thereby adding more transparency. In his past role as Technical Lead at Flyte, Amol defined scope, created tasks, coded with the team on-ground, cleared blockers, and resolved development challenges for fast delivery. He also encouraged self-sufficiency by leading team members and encouraging them to take decisions on their own with minimal dependencies, least round trips, and intervention. Amol has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University.
