Amoolya S Kumar is a highly experienced product manager with a passion for solving customer problems through technology and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Flipkart, Amoolya has also worked with Jio and Myntra in the past. At Jio, Amoolya played a key role in the growth of JioMart (B2C) from scratch to an active user base of 2M+. She was responsible for several features that have been rolled out on JioMart, including search, subscriptions for grocery, self-service for customer care, features to enable in-app promotions, vertical onboarding, and ad platform integrations. Prior to joining Jio, Amoolya worked as a management intern at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where she recommended investments in payments, lending, wealth-tech, and reg-tech spaces to enhance banking services in the UK. She collaborated with the RBS Innovation team and benchmarked bank fin-tech partnership models. Amoolya holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and Neoma Business School, where she specialized in marketing, business strategy, decision sciences, strategy, negotiations, operations research, advanced team management, and innovation management. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Army Institute of Technology. Amoolya's tech stack includes product management and search.
