Amreeta Mazumdar is a strategic leader with over 16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. She is currently serving as the Senior Director - People Success at Avataar, a leading 3D AI and Computer Vision platform focused on spatial visual discovery. In her current role, Amreeta is responsible for driving the People Function at Avataar. She has led teams across geographies and diverse cultural complexities and formulated and implemented HR strategies, processes, and policies that thrive in a culture of innovation and inclusion. Prior to Avataar, Amreeta served as the Director Talent Acquisition - Global at Chargebee, a subscription billing and revenue management platform. She drove several initiatives to enable the company's growth, including hiring strategy and execution for all regions, re-building processes and policies for enabling the 10x growth, increasing teams' performance and deliverables to the expectation of the business units, and talent branding initiatives. She also collaborated with external agencies and venture capital recruiting firms to help scale the leadership teams and championed D&I initiatives. Amreeta is also the CEO and Co-founder of Bleuming Technology, a growing company that provides business solutions in areas of identifying and retaining talent. She managed the P/L of the company, spearheaded the HR and branding solutions for clients, defined the go-to-market strategy, collaborated with clients and stakeholders, managed alliances and partnerships, and managed legal and compliance. Amreeta holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Master of Computer Applications from Gauhati University. She has a tech stack that includes Computer Vision and AI and has relevant experience of 18.79 years. Amreeta is also an alumni of Google, Samsung, and Adobe.
