Amrish Bhatnagar is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in diversified industry segments such as Training & Placements, Telecom, IT, and Hospitality. He has demonstrated success in achieving strategic and operational excellence. Currently, he is working as a Training & Placement Officer at BK Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pilani. Amrish has played key roles in People Management, Administration, Corporate Interaction, HR Management, Career Development, Team Management, Workflow Management, Operations Management, Sales, and Business Growth Acceleration. He has reshaped the pool of campus talent and refashioned training and skill-building exercises to churn out industry-ready young engineers to persuade recruiters. In his current role, Amrish analyzes the core strength of the product, i.e., students, and current industry needs. Accordingly, he implements innovative and time-effective strategies for training and placement-related activities. He also handles alumni affairs, arranges industry visits and entrepreneurship camps for start-ups and skill development, and encourages students to get involved in core projects that can be noticed by the industry. Before joining BK Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pilani, Amrish worked with Airtel as an ARC Manager and Urban Territory Manager (Prepaid Sales). He was responsible for establishing service level standards, compliance and reliability of processes, expansion of retail base, handling distributors, retailer outlets, and customers, and ensuring superior revenue generation performance. He has also worked with Reliance Webstore Ltd. as a Webstore Manager, handling webstore operations and business development activities. Amrish holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, General from Mohanlal Sukhadia University. He also attended Govt. Higher Secondary School. He has experience in Mobile technology. With 26.29 years of relevant experience, Amrish is a valuable asset to any organization.
