Amrit Mishra is a seasoned product management professional with over 13 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as a Staff - Product Management at Freshworks, where he is responsible for the product management of the Neo communications platform. In this role, he is working on email service and real-time notification capabilities, leveraging CPaaS and UCaaS models. Amrit's responsibilities include gathering requirements, envisioning platform roadmap, studying user experience, leading strategic initiatives, coordinating with external vendors and partners, performing competitor analysis, determining and tracking OKRs, and designing scalable, intuitive, and extensible platform solutions to support modern SaaS applications. Prior to joining Freshworks, Amrit worked at Oracle, where he was a Senior Principal Product Manager and Principal Product Manager. At Oracle, he focused on the Project Management Cloud suite, including Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, and Project Performance Reporting Cloud modules. Amrit is experienced in REST APIs, human task workflows, Oracle Transactional BI, and BI Publisher. Amrit holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Utkal University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from KIIT University. He also has a Higher Secondary degree in PCM, Comp. Sc. from the College of Basic Sciences and Humanities, Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
