Amrit Raj is a highly experienced Technology Leader and Industrial IoT Expert with over 16 years of experience in driving top-notch IoT development and implementation endeavors. He is currently serving as a Group Project Manager at Infosys Limited, where he spearheads the entire spectrum of IIOT projects from sensors to insights for large clients from varied industry verticals including Manufacturing, Automotive, Aero, Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Hi-Tech. Amrit has a proven track record of success in delivering innovative IoT initiatives for clients across the globe. He has contributed extensively to the Industrial IoT Practice, serving as an IoT Delivery Lead Offshore, overseeing Opportunities Management, Revenue and Volume tracking for the portfolio, and Talent Management. He has also led multiple RFP responses, technical initiatives and solutions, anchored client visits, and set up COEs and Concept centers. Prior to his current role, Amrit served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Infosys' Industrial IoT Practice Unit, where he led 75+ engineers in cross-functional teams for projects involving new product development, solutions, and services under Industrial Internet (IIOT) Practice for Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Auto, Energy, and Utilities verticals. He was tasked with intensive Competency Building for IoT Platforms, Open Source Technologies, and Embedded Technologies for Industrial IoT Practice Unit. Amrit's past experience also includes serving as a Project Manager at Infosys for Plant Automation & Control Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and a Diploma in Business Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura. Amrit's technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering, and he has relevant experience of 19.87 years.
