Amritaa Kulshrreshtha is a highly motivated and accomplished PhD candidate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, with a strong background in Electrical Engineering and a keen interest in research and analysis. With nearly 5 years of relevant experience, Amritaa has worked in various prestigious organizations and has gained valuable insights into the industry. Currently, Amritaa is working as a Vocational Trainee (MBA) at GAIL, where she has prepared a project report on Financial Performance Analysis, Impact on GST, Benchmarking of Performance Appraisal. Prior to this, she worked as a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where she worked on Simulink modelling of BLDC motor and studied Buck Converter, Boost Converter, and MPPT under the supervision of Professor Vivek Agarwal. Amritaa's educational background is equally impressive. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where she is currently pursuing her research. She also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Career Point University, Kota. Additionally, she completed her primary and secondary education from Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, GAIL, Vijaypur, Guna, Madhya Pradesh. Amritaa's technical skills include research and analysis, infrastructure management, and project management.
