Amritansh is an experienced AI professional and researcher with over 7 years of experience in Python development. He has spent the last 5 years actively working on quality code for Deep Learning, CART models, Random Forest, Adversarial networks, NLU and NLP applications, and Bio-inspired Spiking Neural Networks. He is a critical thinker and problem solver at heart, with a passion for exploring the question of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and how intelligence could be achieved through simple processes. As the Founder and Researcher at Neurodynamic AI, Amritansh is currently working on several research tracks, including Deep Symbolic learning, Bayesian Reinforcement learning, Adaptive resonance theory, Robotics manipulation & self-assembly, and spiking neural models. His team takes an engineering approach in building computational intelligence, with insights from deep learning, reinforcement learning, computational neuroscience, robotics, cognitive modeling, psychology, and many more. Amritansh has also previously worked as an Academic Mentor at RLA Meetup, where he mentored people to become experts in AI & ML techniques, and as a Research Assistant at The University of New Mexico. During his time at the university, he worked on several projects, including developing a phenotype detection code in Python to detect suicidality in Bipolar patients using Truven Dataset, using machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Random Forests, L1 & L2 regression to predict determinants of suicide cases, and technical documentation for ETL methodology for OMOP CDMv5 conversion of SynPUF Medicare data. Amritansh holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Mumbai.
