Amulya Bandikatla is an experienced Engineering Manager with a passion for growing people's careers and leading teams that build technology at scale. Currently, she is working at Indeed as an Engineering Manager, where she defines the strategy and technical direction for the team Indeed Apply Resilience. She is responsible for the delivery of the team, providing technical guidance, and career coaching to the engineers in the team. Amulya has built and managed a cross-cultural team of 8 engineers and is experienced in managing and coaching high-performing as well as low-performing engineers. With a relevant experience of 10.94 years, Amulya has worked with several companies, including Indeed and Directi. At Indeed, she was a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead of Indeed Apply Fidelity team, where she drove the technical direction of the team and delivered results through a capable team in ensuring fidelity of the job applications. She also designed and developed a cloud-based file storage system that powers Indeed Apply. At Directi, she was a Senior Lead Developer and Technical lead/Engineering manager for the Zeta Express, where she was part of solutionizing, designing, and execution of various projects in Zeta Express. She led a team of 12 engineers. Amulya holds an M.Tech degree in Computer Science from iiit Hyderabad, a B.E degree in Information Technology from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, and completed her 10th standard from Chaitanya High School. She is skilled in Senior Software Engineering and Software Engineering and has a strong tech stack.
