Amy Elenius is a highly motivated customer success professional with over 6 years of experience in the SaaS startup landscape. She believes that communication is key and excels in an ever-changing environment, finding creative ways to produce maximum impact with lean resources. Her focus on scalability has allowed her to set up and manage the changes associated with hyper-growth. Currently, Amy is an Advisory Board Member at UC Santa Barbara PACE Customer Experience Certificate Program. In collaboration with regional partners, UC Santa Barbara offers an experiential learning environment with outstanding teaching scholars in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs. Prior to her current role, Amy worked at Gorgias as a Customer Education Specialist and Senior Customer Success Manager. In these roles, she honed her skills in customer success and education, and developed a deep understanding of the SaaS industry. Amy's education history is diverse and includes a Diploma of Auslan and a Certificate IV in Auslan from Melbourne Polytechnic. She also holds a Certificate IV in Celebrancy from Australian Celebrations, a Certificate III in Auslan from Melbourne Polytechnic, and a Certificate II and Certificate I in Auslan from Sydney Community College.
