Amy Guo is a highly experienced Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer currently working at Hive. She has a diverse background in product management, engineering, and software development, with a particular focus on the travel industry. Her past experiences include co-founding Journy, a personalized travel planning mobile app and web platform that was acquired by Hopper in 2021. At Journy, she oversaw strategic positioning, user testing, customer interviews, product specs and roadmap, sprints, wireframes, and managed a team of 3 engineers. She successfully launched the iOS app in just 3 months, which ranks top 5 for travel planning in the Appstore and #4 on Product Hunt on launch day. She also developed Ruby on Rails solutions to automate and speed up content creation processes by 50%.
