Anagh Soman is a highly motivated and innovative individual with a passion for emerging technologies. He is a Derivatives Trader at Futures First, where he analyzes, studies, and trades energy markets including crude, rbob gasoline, and heating oil in the US energy complex. Prior to this, he was a Product Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he worked on a compliance tracker engine adapted to Outlook client and a personal finance manager product to analyze personal finance data to derive insights and nudges guaranteeing better spending and saving habits. The latter was the flagship project of Kotak for MB 2.0. Anagh graduated from IIT Madras in 2021 with a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.tech in Mechanical, M.tech in Intelligent Manufacturing). During his time at IIT, he founded CrissCrossMD Pvt Ltd, a health-tech startup that worked in the blockchain and conversational assistant domain. The startup worked on a blockchain-based centralized EMR solution and an AI-based differential diagnosis assistant. Pre-incubated in NIRMAAN (IIT Madras) and part of a cohort in HTIC (Health-tech incubation center), IITM Research Park, Anagh led a team of 15 students and was deeply involved in both executive and technical activities. He also worked on a PPG to ABP sensor using transformers, LTRCN, and CycleGAN. Anagh's interests lie in emerging technologies, including but not limited to AI, NLP, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain. He is currently focused on data engineering and data science applications in these fields. Anagh is highly skilled in a range of technologies, including product management, Blockchain, AI, NLP, research scientist, data engineering, data scientist, SQL, reinforcement learning, Solidity, NFT, web, Python, GPT, language models, deep learning, test, ML, NoSQL, MongoDB, software engineer, senior software engineer, and Android. Anagh is driven by novelty and loves finding methods to exploit systems. He is interested in exploring previously less explored territories.
