Anagha Joshi is an experienced engineering leader currently working at CRED, where she manages a team of 10 engineers for building an insurance product. With a decade of experience in software development and 2 years in management, Anagha has played a key role in designing and building OMUNI product right from its inception. She possesses good technical chops to solve problems in Java, NodeJS, MYSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and is adept at microservice-oriented architecture and distributed systems. Anagha is highly organized and independent, and her prioritization, hiring, and coaching skills have helped her accomplish projects with timeliness and high quality. She is skilled in written and oral communication, making her an effective coordinator of tasks. Anagha has an excellent and consistent academic track record, with a Gold Medal in Computer Science and Engineering. Prior to joining CRED, Anagha worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at OMUNI and as an Engineering Manager at Arvind Internet, where she managed a platform and services POD of 10 professionals of different tech stacks, participated in SOC 2 Type II audit for the organization, and consistently communicated on the feature progress and risks to stakeholders. She also led the team in redesigning and revamping legacy systems like Order Management System (OMS) and Logistics Management System (LMS) to achieve a scale of 1M orders monthly. Anagha has formulated the best practices for microservices and led the team to deliver mission-critical features, including logistics integrations, admin dashboards, and customer-facing UIs. She has been awarded the Standing Ovation award for Outstanding Delivery multiple times. Anagha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from B.V Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology, Hubli.
