Anagha Suchitra is a dynamic product management professional with a passion for building seamless experiences. With a background in software engineering, Anagha got her first breakthrough into product management with Consumer Reports in New York. After completing her Master of Engineering Management from Duke University, she became a Product Consultant for Higgs Boson Health in North Carolina. Currently, Anagha is working with the product team at Rupeek, a leading fintech company in India, where she is driving post-disbursal loan experience spanning multiple customer-facing and internal service initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Business, Engineering, and Design, improving customer experience and operational efficiency for the organization. Anagha's experience in product management is vast, and she has launched several successful digital initiatives such as digital loan renewal, digital recovery payment, partial release of assets capability, self-serve for customers to book and track delivery of assets in real-time, and implemented automated multi-touchpoint multi-owner workflows for operational teams. Anagha's contributions have reduced support intervention by 80%, reduced manual tasks by 75%, and improved NPS by 5 points and operational efficiency by 80%. In her previous roles, Anagha was responsible for facilitating product implementation across multiple medical specialties and healthcare providers, achieving a reduction of no-shows by 67% and inadequate prep by 89% for the UVA implementation. She also co-led the outcomes visualization feature from concept to launch. Anagha has a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University, a Master of Technology in Communication Engineering from VIT, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore. She is also a Research Scientist and has experience in managing stakeholder expectations, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and generating detailed requirements for features.
