As the Director of Software Engineering at Twilio, she led the customer lifecycle engineering organization for Twilio SendGrid, setting up a mission, vision, strategy, and tactical plans for the org. At Github, she was the Director of Engineering Operations, managing a team of managers to set the vision, mission, and roadmaps for their teams and consistently deliver results while maintaining their team highly engaged. Anais has a consistent track record of leading her teams to success while improving her leadership, communication, and technical skills. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at El Paso and has over 13 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, frontend development, senior software engineering, and Javascript.
