She is also responsible for handling techno-managerial tasks such as training, mentoring, and smooth onboarding of freshers, knowledge transfer to new team members, and interviewing prospective candidates applying for a suitable position. Previously, Anamika worked as a Software Developer at Coditas, where she was an individual contributor in developing a product, Buyer Intelligence Platform, that codifies each win/loss into a self-learning playbook using a purpose-built AI. She was also responsible for the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs, devising effective workflow approaches to improve API performance, and creating and maintaining databases. Prior to joining Coditas, Anamika worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro, where she was responsible for the development and performance enhancement of various dashboard applications, production environment monitoring, and defect resolution. She is proficient in Core JAVA and Mainframe technologies. Anamika holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from KIIT University. She also holds an Intermediate in Science degree from Woodbine Modern School and a Matriculation degree from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Anamika is described as resourceful and loves to devise better solutions for relevant problems. She is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AI, Software Engineering, and Java.
