Anamika Nath is a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for learning and adapting to new environments. With a background in research and entrepreneurship, Anamika has gained experience in various fields such as commercial banking strategy, fintech partnerships, and digital escrow. Currently working as a Senior Manager in Commercial Banking Strategy at AU Small Finance Bank, Anamika is constantly exploring new avenues for automation of banking solutions and actively seeking fintech partnerships. Anamika has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where she also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for her Masters dissertation. She also worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Rajendra Mishra School of Engineering Entrepreneurship, where she examined the role of owners and board on the R&D intensity of newly public R&D intensive firms of India during and post the IPO process. In addition to her professional experience, Anamika is an avid table tennis player and loves to talk about startups, investments, and venture capital. She enjoys connecting with people from different geographies and learning from their perspectives. Anamika's favorite tattoo is a smile, which she tries to wear always. Anamika's tech stack includes research scientist, and she has relevant experience of 2.79 years. She is always on the lookout for new opportunities and is open to exploring new avenues.
