Anand Kumar Pandey is a Trainee Software Engineer at Principal Global Services with a strong background in C++, Data Structures and Algorithms, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, and MS Excel. He completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from MANIT, Bhopal in June 2022. Anand has completed a 5-month internship at Flipkart where he worked in the IWIT outbound department of Anjaneya FC. His work on the project of IWIT losses reduction was able to pull down the losses to 65 DPMO from 590 DPMO with the help of his team. He also made one dashboard for the IWIT department on Google Data studio and automated all shift end reports of the department using Advanced Excel formulas and Macros in Excel. Anand worked in a team of 6 on-roles and 50+ off-roles to run a department on a daily basis, utilizing his key traits of stakeholder management, people management, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio. Anand has also worked as an R&D intern at CSIR-Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute (CMERI) where he worked under Senior Scientist Dr. Mohd Afroj Akhtar to develop mathematical models of MSTOGI-PLL and developed one cascaded SOGI time delay-based PLL and equations of its orthogonal signals. Anand has a relevant experience of 1.44 years and is actively looking for a job as a Software Development Engineer. He has completed over 200 problems on Codestudio and 70+ problems on Leetcode, showcasing his strong problem-solving skills. Anand's tech stack includes Software Engineering, SQL, Java, C, Javascript, and Research Science.
