Anand Balaji is a seasoned technology marketing and software product management professional with over 9 years of experience in the software industry. He is currently the Co-Founder of XFlow, a startup aimed at simplifying cross-border payments. Anand was previously leading the overall Stripe business in India for just over five years, where he gained extensive experience in the payments industry. Before Stripe, Anand was heading mobile business development at Amazon India, where he was responsible for driving mobile customer acquisition through OEM and operator partnerships. He was also a member of the 4-member product management team that launched amazon.in. Prior to Amazon, Anand was a Marketing Manager in the Windows Business Group at Microsoft, where he was the corporate sponsor for the all-up Windows business in India with a special focus on long-term marketing strategy for Windows in India. Anand completed his full-time MBA program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 2010, after which he went on to work in various roles in the software industry, including software developer, team lead, customer support engineer, project manager, presales engineer, and product manager. He graduated with a degree in B.E from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Anand's specialties include technology marketing, software product management, marketing operations, project management, and mentoring. He is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Anand is married with one son and calls Bangalore, India his home.
