Anand Bhesdadiya is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a strong background in industrial engineering and business management. He is currently working as a Manager at Emaar and is pursuing his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which he will complete in 2022. Anand has a proven track record of success in various competitions and has been recognized as a Top 100 D2C Competitive B-School Leader 2022 and Top 10 D2C College Champion 2022 at IIM Bangalore. Anand has won several national-level competitions, including Saanchaalan, Eco Quest, and Samadhan, and has been a national runner-up in Trojan Horse, Opathlon, Ops-Karya, and Lakshwiz Factory. He also collaborated with the product development team to analyze 1k+ product samples to find accurate thread consumption, implemented single-piece flow-5+packing processes, and improved ergonomics and reduced risk score by 100%. Anand is a Lean Six Sigma certified professional and has a strong technical background in QA, research scientist, and AI. He is also a state-level basketball player and has played at the under-14 level.
