Anand Karadi is a highly skilled Technical Lead with over 9 years of experience in web application development using Java technologies and client-side scripting. He has worked in the Banking and Supply Chain domains and has been involved in all phases of the SDLC. Anand is experienced in designing and developing software that is scalable, performant, and reusable. He implements software development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure high-quality solutions. Anand has exposure to requirements gathering and prototyping complex modules to BU’s. He is proficient in TDD using JUnit and has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Anand has a good understanding of the business problem and can develop high-quality solutions while working as a great team player. Currently, Anand is working as a Technical Lead at Harman, where he is responsible for designing and developing APIs, integrating with third-party voucher systems and payment gateways, following Agile methodology, mentoring and guiding juniors, coordinating with QA for tests, and providing technical suggestions to the team and across the project whenever needed. He is also responsible for migrating a drop-wizard application to a spring-boot application to make the service cloud-enabled. In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at One Network Enterprises, Anand was involved in all phases of the SDLC for the Order Management System for Supply Chain Domain. He was responsible for gathering requirements from BU's, driving the server-side development, identifying new internal features, coordinating with QA, helping scale the product by fixing performance issues, refactoring/code maintenance, making sure the module remains stable across releases, and providing internal demo sessions of new features. Anand holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from K.L.E's College of Engineering and Technology and completed his Pre-University College in PCM from R.L Science College. He has expertise in Spring, SQL, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Jenkins, Docker, and more. Anand has 11.78 years of relevant experience and is an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
