Anand Krishnamoorthy is a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with over 14 years of diverse IT experience. He has spent 3+ years in Traditional and Agile Project Management, 7+ years in End to End IT Infrastructure Design & Management, 2.5 years in QA, and is currently working as Sr Manager IT at Plivo. Anand has a strong background in DevOps, AWS, Azure, and Project Management, with a proven track record of leading teams across broad technical and business disciplines spread across the globe. He has driven projects to meet business objectives, tracked progress to ensure project milestones, and managed the triple constraints constantly. He has also mitigated risk factors through careful analysis of technical aspects and statistical data, anticipated and managed change effectively in rapidly evolving customer’s business requirements, and defined processes best suited to each project. Anand has worked with some of the top companies in the industry, including IBM and Born Group, where he managed projects that included commissioning and decommissioning the servers (Physical and Virtual), Migration activities, and regular status to the customers. At Born Group, he led a 10-member core technology enthusiasts’ team, architected the Cloud-based environments such as VMs, RDS, Autoscaling, Load Balancers, Application configurations, and Server Hardenings, created processes around the cloud spaces, and worked closely with the InfoSec team. Anand holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration in IT, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Applications, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Loyola College.
