With over 13 years of relevant experience, Anand has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in Product Management, Customer Shopping Experience, Delivery Experience (DEX), and Supply Chain Products. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Manhattan Associates, Anand has previously worked with Miebach Consulting Group and Capgemini. At Miebach Consulting Group, Anand worked with clients from FMCG, Retail, 3PL, and Chemical industries on various Supply Chain and business strategy projects. He successfully led a Supply Chain Transformation project for a leading Retail company with 10+ major fashion brands in India worth more than $3 billion. Additionally, he carried out a detailed business growth and investment outlay plan of 5 years for 6 major plants of India's largest bottling company. At Capgemini, Anand set up and led a team of 15+ Product and Data science professionals at Capgemini Transformation team. He built Products in the areas of Inventory Control and Planning, Network optimization, Pricing, and Trade promotions. He managed a €50BN+ global CPG engagement, and his team worked across 3 continents and 10+ countries. Anand holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IIM and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Surathkal.
